Overall is good
Positive: We love the beach and neighbor hotel
Negative: The room faces the city view a bit of noisy.

My family and I had an excellent and perfect stay. It was like a home away from home, just a smaller space, of course. The location is convenient.

Positive: Loved all the amenities, especially the box of chocolate macademia nuts upon arrival + closet with all the free sunscreen and beach gear.
Negative: The fold-out couch was pretty hard; keep in mind the wifi only extends to the unit and doesn't work in the common areas (lobby) of the building. You need to be a hotel guest to access wi-fi in the common areas.
