Not the best for the cost Positive: The location is near the beach Negative: I found the sofa bed uncomfortable; it's supposed to be a bed but has loops that you sink into. It doesn't provide proper support. In the bathroom, there's a vent area with built-up dust and mold. It seems like it's been there since the 1990s. I have kids and I wasn't comfortable with the dust and mold. I won't be staying in a dusty, moldy area with my kids

Great location with quick access to the lagoon and thus the beach, Ilikai itself has 2 restaurants downstairs, a coffee Positive: The location is excellent! You can walk down to the lagoon/beach through the property! Good food options nearby, in the building as well! Ice cream parlor in the lobby + coffee place are both great! The room itself was nice and clean and extremely well valued for our group. Would definitely stay again in this condo and in this location in general. Negative: Everything was great, big couch isn’t too comfy for two adults but does the job, room would be great for 2 in king bed, one on big couch one on single couch, but worked well for my GFs family and I!

Place is beautiful, location is premier, very close to the beach and owner was quick to respond. Positive: Nice and cozy! Super clean
